Client Terms & Conditions

AG Travel Group provides travel planning, consulting, and booking services. Services may include, but are not limited to, itinerary design, hotel and villa bookings, transportation coordination, and curated travel experiences.

All recommendations are based on information provided by the Client and supplier availability at the time of booking.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete traveler information (including legal names, dates of birth, and passport details)
• Review all travel documents upon receipt and notify us immediately of any discrepancies
• Ensure all travelers have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and required documentation
• Communicate a clear and realistic budget range and be transparent about financial expectations for the trip

Being upfront about your budget allows AG Travel Group to design an itinerary that aligns with your expectations and avoids unnecessary revisions. Failure to provide an accurate budget may impact the suitability of recommendations and overall planning efficiency.

Planning fees, service fees, and/or consultation fees may apply and will be communicated prior to engagement. Full details regarding services, inclusions, and applicable fees are outlined in the AG Travel Group Welcome & Planning Packet.

To initiate services, Clients are required to fill out the New Traveler Preference Form, sign terms and conditions, and make planning fee payments which allows AG Travel Group to understand travel style, priorities, and budget. Planning services will begin once this form is submitted and any applicable planning fees are received.

• Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced
• Travel bookings may require deposits and/or full payment as dictated by third-party suppliers
• Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of reservations

All bookings are subject to the cancellation and change policies of individual travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.).

• AG Travel Advisor is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties or fees
• Changes requested after confirmation may incur additional service fees
• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to supplier terms and timelines

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.

AG Travel Group is not liable for losses due to:

• Trip cancellations or interruptions
• Medical emergencies
• Weather disruptions
• Supplier bankruptcy or default

AG Travel Group acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. We do not own, operate, or control third-party providers and are not liable for:

• Personal injury, loss, or damages
• Delays, cancellations, or overbookings
• Supplier negligence or failure to perform services

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers.

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, political instability, and unforeseen disruptions.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that AG Travel Group is not responsible for events beyond our control.

All itineraries, proposals, and travel designs created by AG Travel Group are proprietary. They may not be copied, shared, distributed, or used to book independently without written consent.

Any communication with AG Travel Group (email, text, forms, etc.) may be stored and used for business purposes. You agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content.

All services and recommendations are provided "as is" without guarantees of outcomes or experiences.

AG Travel Group is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Errors due to technology failures or supplier systems
• Traveler decisions made before, during, or after travel

Any promotions, perks, or special offers are subject to change at any time and may not be applied retroactively.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion if:

• These Terms are violated
• Communication becomes inappropriate
• A working relationship is no longer feasible

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes not resolved amicably will be handled:

• First, through arbitration in New York, NY in accordance with the American Arbitration Association
• If necessary, through courts located in New York, NY

Each party is responsible for its own legal fees.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

By engaging AG Travel Group services, submitting payment, or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

AG Travel Group acts solely as an intermediary between the Client and third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, transportation providers, tour operators, and activity providers.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AG Travel Group shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, death, property damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience arising out of or in connection with any travel services booked on your behalf
• This includes, but is not limited to, incidents occurring during transportation, accommodations, excursions, or activities
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless AG Travel Group, LLC, including its owners, employees, and affiliates, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to your travel experience.
